What your request brings us
A survey request holds nothing beyond what you typed: a ZIP code, what the gutter is doing, an optional description of the building, your name and a phone number. The contact page adds an email address and your message. Around that, ordinary server logs note a few stray technicalities, an IP, a browser string, kept to sort real requests from automated noise.
The only things we do with it
Call you back, arrange the roof survey, write your report and quote, and answer whatever you asked. Nothing you send is sold, traded, enriched or pushed into advertising machinery of any kind.
Who actually reads it
The person who schedules your survey, the surveyor assigned to your roof, and the hosting infrastructure this site runs on, which is bound by its own confidentiality obligations. Nobody else.
How long it stays
For the life of your project and the standard accounting period after it. Want it gone sooner? Write to contact@box-gutter-repair.com and it will be deleted without debate.
Cookies and the embedded map
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels. One technical cookie can be set so a form keeps working across a submission. The coverage map stays unloaded until it enters your viewport or its button is pressed, and from that moment it answers to its provider's own privacy terms.
Your rights
Ask to see what we hold, have it corrected or have it erased: one email to contact@box-gutter-repair.com does any of the three.
